SO  MY  QUESTION is :some  one  get  this  before...that  mean  its  the  last  step  in  application so  what  is  that  file  number  start with F dus  some  one  have  a  number  like  this??

No, it means that they need this information from you to continue processing your application. All applicants need to fill out the forms listed in Part 2 here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp, one of which is Schedule A - Background/Declaration. The file number that starts with F and has 9 digits is just that....your file number, the number identifying your file at the visa office. Everyone who applies outland has a number like that. If you have more questions about the codes that CIC uses, see here: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?app=ecas&lang=en&redir=id_num

so  haw  i can  use  this  file  nmber  because  i have  my file  number  who  it  start  with  be  i use  when  i need  to  shake  my  application  on  line  so  when  or  haw  i  can  use  the  new file  number start with F  number??

No, there is no way to know where your visa office is in assessing your application, unfortunately. The best way to have a rough idea is to order GCMS notes, which is where you file number would come in handy. Here's the information on ordering these notes: http://immipedia.ca/Ordering_FOSS_and_CAIPS_notes.

other  question like  2  weeks  ago  too  i shake  my application and  i see  they  say  my  medical  result recived  by  them  so  that  mean  what???and  it  mean  soon  i will get my PPR VISA...

It doesn't necessarily mean that the medical results were received 2 weeks ago, as e-cas is not very timely. But you can assume Paris has them. Again, for more info on where they are in the processing you need to order GCMS notes.

if  some  one  know  haw  much  it  take  to  finish  proccisng  my application  in paris  us  its  start a 28  june????some  one  know  when  i will get my PR VISA pls help  i need  to  know...thnx  so much

No one can tell you how long it will take and when you will get your PPR. As people have already mentioned, Paris is processing 80% of PR applications within 8 months, according to the latest data: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp#europe. That is as specific as what anyone can tell you, unfortunately. I don't suggest posting the same question multiple times using different threads. Good luck.

Well I don't know when you sent your application to CPCM, but the processing times page I referenced says, "The tables below indicate application processing times at Canadian visa offices outside Canada once Step 1 has been completed. The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between October 1, 2010, and September 30, 2011. Processing times are subject to change."

That means the 8 months or less for *most* files at Paris begins when Paris receives the PR portion from CPCM after Mississauga is done approving the sponsorship portion.

If you sent your file in to Mississauga in late June, I would be really surprised if Paris has done a lot of work on it as it's only been four months TOTAL.

I think you wrote your wife is going to be giving birth soon. I don't know when the expected due date is but what you could do is have her contact her MP (she's the one that has to do it as a Canadian PR or citizen) to ask them if they can get the Paris office to put priority on processing your application so you can land sooner and help your wife with the baby.......but this is not guaranteed to work. MPs officially cannot influence an IO's processing of your file. Perhaps look into getting a temporary visa.......and order your GCMS notes.

thnx  for  replay...so the  8 month like a  delais  is  from 28 june  the  day  they strt proccesingn my  application   ?

Hi......like I said, if Paris received it June 27th (I'm pretty sure this is the case from what you're telling me), the 8 months is from June 27th, yes. But that does not mean it will take that long for you. That only means that 80% of applications are completed within 8 months. Which also means that 20% take more than 8 months. I'm sure there are plenty of Paris people that are processed much quicker than 8 months.....you need to go on the Paris thread and confer with them. Is your wife originally from Tunisia too?

thnx  for  replay...i want  to say  that  they  get  my application for  PR at  june  27 2011 and  they  start process my  application in june  28 so  you you think it  will take 8 month from  that  date  or  the  first  date  i send  my  application...so here what  they  say  when  i look on line(We received your application for permanent residence on June 27, 2011.

he's a naturalized Canadian, I'm a naturalized American.....he's sponsoring me for PR but because American citizens have a lot more freedom to move around than Tunisians, for example, I'm with him now in Canada while I wait

oh and by the way, I shouldn't have said that it doesn't matter that your wife is a native of Canada, technically.....because unfortunately CIC does make judgments about couples that have differences......different ages, different ethnic backgrounds, different religions.....and if you and your wife don't have a lot in common, of course that is something that plays against you in CIC's eyes.....but as long as you prove that your relationship is genuine in your application, it really shouldn't matter how different you and your sponsor are......but the onus is on YOU to convince CIC.....good luck  Smiley

well, since you already filed, I think it's a bit late to talk about proof, no? I mean, ideally you should have included everything you could possibly think of when you mailed that thing in (phone records, emails, letters including love letters, instant message records, anything from social networking sites, photos of you, cards between you, letters from family and friends attesting to your relationship, anything legal or financial that shows you have combined your affairs). But I guess while they are still processing you, it isn't too late to send them anything else they might not have.

yes, you need to notify them of the pregnancy. as far as whether that will guarantee they will give you PR, no but I think that it's very important proof supporting the genuineness of the relationshi for them to consider.

the contact info for Paris is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/paris.asp

so haw  i  can prove  that  our  relation is genuine?you  think if  they  know  about  pregancy that  will help?and  pls  if  you  know  haw  i can  contact paris Huh

Yeah, I would send those things if I were you. Also I forgot to mention any travel itineraries/airline tickets or anything else showing when and for how long your wife visited you, any trips you made together, and photos from your wedding would also be good to send, if you haven't already.
