I am a son of principal applicant for business immigration (landed on 2006).

I haven't received any removal order or warning what not but am just curious.

In a case that I have departure/deportation/removal order due to failure of fulfilling Entrepreneur class condition, can I still appeal it?

And if I appeal can I still stay in Canada within appealing period?? For how long can I stay though?

1.  Yes, you get the right of appeal.
2.  Yes, you can stay until the appeal is decided.
3.  It depends on how long the appeal is, probably 8-12 months after the report, and if you lose the appeal, you have 30 days to leave, before the removal order turns into a deportation order.

3. <-- Ok, so it means I can stay at least 1 year regardless of the appeal result.. And If I win the appeal, then I can stay afterall.

but then, if I received removal order, does it imply I already lost my PR?? So within appealing period, I do not have PR?

2.  No, you are appealing the removal order.

Hi

1.  No, you can stay until the appeal result.
2.  No, you are appealing the removal order.

hmm that wasn't what I meant.. I was asking
1. So within appealing period I can stay for 8~12 months. That being said, if appeal is succesful and decision was succesfully made then I can stay just like other PR... Probably you thought that I was implying I could stay even if appeal is rejected.. That wasn't what I meant... Or did you mean it depends on what judge said so that he/she might EXTEND MY STAY or NOT EXTEND or PERMANENTLY EXTEND (Keep my PR status)?
2. Does receving removal order means I already lost my PR status?? <-- this was my question. I was asking that within appealing period, whether my PR status is still active or not.
