After 6 days. I received their email. They told me I can submit my passport before end of Feb.

i didnt think about that. I immediately sent my passport to them.
anyways, i got my passport back dec 23, 2011
with the visa stamped and COPR. Cheesy

Congrats. That's good they didn't care abou it. Well not all the officers are same. So did u sent to fort Erie or buffalo ? Did ur ecas changed to decision made? And when?

i sent to fort erie. yap my Ecas changed to decision made on dec 19.
and then on dec 21 when i checked canada post, i already tracked my return mail.
