In my case, I am talking about 9 years ago, when I went for an Interview at New Delhi, after interview they had asked me to pay my landing fees right there at office and took my passport at the same time and told me that your passport will be send to you with-in 10-15 days with visa at your home.... But again may be process has changed.... Welcome to Canada.....
