can somebody know that once your visa approve they stamped on your Passport or pasted striker or issue you letter?? Because I have heard that visa office itself don't issue the visa, they actually issue a letter and on airport officer may be custom officer will issue you the final visa and he will also decide duration and other concerns of visa.

thnks,

1.  It depends if you require a TRV (visitor visa) to enter Canada.  If you do, then a counterfoil (sticker) is put in your passport and a Letter of Introduction is issued.  If you don't require a visa, then a just a LOI is issued.
