Question if you are appying for immigration to canada through an american that is also appying as a skilled worker and as his partner .it is said you need about $12000 in your bank account . My question is can one use incumbent funds like property to your name as proof of fianancial funds to your name or does there have to be the Amount of 10 to $12000 in the account. Smiley

No property valuation is acceptable, cash in bank is ok, CIC want liquid money which can be moved to Canada.
