Dear Peers.

I got my 2AOR in JUNE and CHC london gave me a new file # and said all corrospondences will be as per new file# but when i put the new file number to check status it says worng file number but when i put my old file# it says

"ermanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on May 19, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 18, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review."


That means processing has still not started HuhHuh?? but i got my 2AOR date 16.06.2011.

please suggest..

Marchie,

Your in Process now,we have almost same boat. Received 2nd AOR June 18, 2010 from that on in process up to present so i think your in process now.  Hoping for everybody MR to be receive soon.

Dear Peers,

I am maintain settlement funds here in Oman bank. Does the CIC calls the bank to inquire the status of Funds...My settlements funds have not been stable for couple of months since i got my 2nd AOR i am trying my best to keep the funds intact...

I used a agent in Dubai to file our application...how much time do I need to wait for my MEDICALS... I have applied for a work permit / LMO as a nursing assistant Nurse Aides, Nursing Assistant, Orderlies and Patient Service Associates             (NOC 3413-C)in canada...will this have an effect on my P.R (RN 3152)

Can anyone advice please....

ITS BEEN MORE THAN ONE MONTH SINCE MY MEDICALS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY LON VO(23RD JUN 2011) STILL NO NEWS ON PASSPORT REQUEST!!WHAT U SUGGEST GUYS?

I think it takes approx 3 Months or so to get any response after Medicals. Hope it get resolved soon.
