You guys really helped me in my last post. and so fast too! i wish you could help me with another question i have:
I want to send the open work permit applications with my inland PR application. I understand i need to fill the "Application to Change Conditions, Extend My Stay, or Remain in Canada [IMM 1249]". Should i send more than that? hmmm.. the document check list doesn't really refer to my situation.

here's a quote from the CIC web site:
"You should submit your application for an open work permit (IMM 1249) together with your application for permanent residence (IMM 0008). Write “open work permit” at the top of your application (IMM 1249)."

Does it mean i need to send only the IMM1249? Where do i need to write "open work permit"? i mean, where is the "top of your application"?

sorry if i'm overload you but i didn't really understand that part.
Thank you

Send IMM1249 and IMM0008 together. Write "open work permit" on the top part of the first page of IMM1249 - above any printed material, or near the top wherever there is space.
