What does your ecase status shows "revd by vo" or CIO review complete or something else ?

Send case specific inquiry to the visa office and see what they reply, 5 months is a long time for 2nd AOR. If you lawyers has given the correct address to Fedex then they cant drop it somewhere else and ask your lawyer to check fedex site and see who received your documents.

i just track it it show it deliverd on cheekowaga that is near to visa office

Ask your lawyer to email the visa office and asked about your documents, maybe they have received it but havent updated the ecase and send the 2nd AOR as well but lost in mail, anything can happen. The only way to find out is by asking visa office.
