I am planing to apply under the skills worker but i have few quastions:

1. Can I apply before I have the IELTES? ( my English is good but i will try to have it soon).

2. I live now in canada with my wife, my status is VISITOR, can I apply from canada OR I should apply from my backhome, and which the easy way?

3. Which score do I must have in IELTES to apply??

Thanks in advance

Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp and look at the rules for skilled.  Read the application guides.  All your questions are answered there.

1. yes
2. back home
3. depends on your points
