Certainly nobody is denying that there is a lot of marriage fraud in India. But if you google "marriage fraud Pakistan" you will find lots of stories as well. But the bottom line is that my comment wasn't to say one country is better than another. Comparing one to another is like comparing apples with oranges. A waste of time. More to the point, there was a question about why India had faster processing time than Pakistan. The answer is that the Canadian Mission in India is larger because it is a bigger source of economic applicants to Canada. That's all.
One thing all applicants should know is that Missions from various countries share information. I believe that was how the marriage fraud scandal was discovered in Chandigar. One mission noticed this stuff and told the others, i.e. Brits, Americans, Canadians and Australians. So if the Brits are discovering lots of marriage fraud from one country, the other countries know about it and are looking for it too.
Main reason is security problems in Pakistan... CHC has less staff/officers in Islamabad,, which is delaying cases and increasing timeline constantly
