if a person has got experience of Herbal pharmacy ,will it be acceptable for apply under pharmacist category.

If u have 67 points with job description matching the NOC-3131, i don't see the problem?!!

Also you may be better helped if you provide more details about your qualifications and duties in your post. Do check the duties for the NOC code on the cic website and check how well your duties match.
