Hi Everyone

I got a snailmail yesterday from Buffalo and the Immigration officer said in that letter that he has not awarded me points for arranged employment for the reason that my arranged employment letter was issued more than a year ago and that my work permit expired on may 4, 2011.

However, he gave me a chance to submit some new documents for reconsideration.  i have applied for new work permit last week of april and I already got an LMO.  just waiting for work permit to get approved.  I just sent him a letter of explanation about my status and gave supporting documents that my work permit extension is in pending process.  I also submitted a new arranged employment letter just to be sure.

Do you guys know anybody who has been into this situation before and what is/was the outcome? i am post june 26, 2010 by the way.

I appreciate any response.  i don't want the time I spent waiting for this process be put into waste.
