Hello,

I am silent observer of this forum and I have a question:

I have applied under FSW1 category and my visa office is buffalo and received my 2nd AOR in JUNE 2010.

In July, I got new job but the problem is, I have not informed the Buffalo visa office till date. So, Is it advisable to inform the visa office or will it be a negative impact on my file?

I am also planning to apply for the visitor visa. Shell I get any problem?

thanks

You may. Just send them a letter stating that you changed jobs, you dont have to worry about dates. Just send them the copy of your offer, wp etc But, make sure you tell them. You dont want to sit on your butt and get rejected and scold yourself later, do you?

Google, I answered your question earlier no impact on FSW-1 eligibility just inform them about job change. No issue.
Same for visit visa PR and temporary visa to different cases, your PR application will be not taken into account for visit visa app, but make sure the history is same on both application i.e. job change because they will have your FSW-1 app details. So update VO regarding job change in first instance and then apply for visit visa.

Good luck with application.
