Help......BC PNP sucks.....

So BC PNP are in the process of turning down my employee PNP application. Although we are paying him the correct wage for the job, we are not paying him enough to cover the LIC for a family of 5. We even submitted a work contract stating his wife would have a full time job with the company, when she arrives in Canada, which would have taken them well over the LIC but we were told today, that they would not take that into account unless she had a current work visa!
Hello.....she can apply for a OWP but her husband needs the PNP nomination first. Talk about catch 22.
They will not accept the annual bonus he receives, nor the bonus's he receives 5 times a year as part of the salary. Again, all added together take him over the LIC.
We cannot pay him the flat rate they are demanding as a salary. It is just way too much, for the job description and position in the company.
So this post is more of a rant than anything else. I really do believe we have tried everything we can to persuade BCPNP we need this person, to no avail.
So we are now going to lose a valued worker, one whom would have contributed to the companies profits and also to Canada's coffers.
What a f @ @ ked up system this is sometimes, especially when I read about the fake job offers and fake nominations that slip through CIC's eyes.
Rant over......

Depending on the type of work, experience in Canada and other details.. your employee can apply for other classes of immigration... such as federal skill worker and CEC..
