Help With Study Permit

I'm in a big problem and i was hoping someone out here could help me. I forgot to renew my study permit thinking it was going to expire in the fall since that is when my program started. But i checked and it says 23 Feb 2010. I know i am over late in renewing it.
My Canadian Visa expires on the 23 March 2010 so that is in around 20 days. i am really scared that this may cause any problems. If someone knows what should i do right now i would be really thankful.
