I'm about to pay for my application and I just wanted to double-check that I'm doing things the right way.

I'm applying as a common-law partner through London, England and I wonder if this is what I should pay for:

Code:
Permanent Residence
Right of Permanent Residence Fee 1 $490.00 $490.00
Family Class
Sponsorship application (per application) 1 $75.00 $75.00
Principal applicant 1 $475.00 $475.00
Other Services
Permanent Resident Card 1 $50.00 $50.00
Total: $1090.00

Also, even though I'm using the high commission in London I'm going to send the payment to Mississauga, right?

Appreciate any help or comment... :)

You could get all info from
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-apply-how.asp#step4

"You should pay the fee and get the necessary receipt.
The fees are:

•$75 for the sponsorship application
•$475 for the principal applicant
•$490 for the right of permanent residence fee which your spouse will be required to pay before the status is granted.
You can pay fees:
1. at most banks. If you use this method, you must get an original receipt of payment (form IMM 5401) to bring with you when you pay. This form is not available online. You must have it mailed to you." You may order by contacting the Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100. Orders can only be sent to addresses in Canada. Production and delivery will take approximately 2 weeks. From my experience, it is the most reliable way. You could not make any mistakes with it
2. online through "Pay application fees" in the I Need To... section on the web site I mentioned. "Once you have paid your fees online, you must print a receipt of payment form and include it with your application. Be sure to print the actual receipt, not the “payment confirmation form” page. See Payment of fees through the Internet under Related Links at the bottom of the page for more information."

"If you cannot pay online, you may pay fees with an international money order or a bank draft made payable to the Receiver General for Canada. It must be in Canadian funds.
To ensure the bank draft or money order can be cashed at a Canadian financial institution (such as a bank or Western Union) you must include some information. On the front, you must clearly write the financial institution's
•name and complete address (not a post office box number) and
•account number(s).
It is very important to include this information. If you do not, your application may be delayed or returned to you.

Then mail the application  to the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Mississauga, Ontario

Yes, you chose Mississauga as the place where you're sending your application, not London.

I hesitate to play the expert, since I haven't yet submitted my application, but I don't believe you pay Mississauga. You pay a Canadian bank, or pay online, and include the receipt with the application you send to Mississauga. Except for the possibility of getting a bank draft, you don't send money to Mississauga.

Hi

And ... of course NOW I see the reference to bank draft.  Forget my previous post, please.

You should note that it can be paid by credit card as well.
