I have made the payment today online,and printed out 2 copies of the receipt on it there is a box to be completed with my address,name etc and it asks for a client ID ?? where do i get this from

You don't have a client ID yet. Some people choose to pay some of the fees after submitting the application, and when the request comes in to pay, they have a client ID. Just fill out name and address.
