Hi i hope to visit Canada in December for 3 months or as soon as visa can be passed! I'm from the UK do i need a temp resident visa? I also want to be able to have the option to work so do i also need to apply for a working holiday visa?

The more i read about the visas the more confused i get so appreciate advice as i really need/want to send my visa app within the next week or two.

Thanks in advance for anyone who can make me understand Smiley

If you have a valid british passport, you don't need a visitor visa.

If you qualify for the WHV then you need to apply from outside Canada. If you're coming with no WHV, and entering as a visitor you won't be able to work legally till you apply for a WP and to apply for a WP you need to have an employer willing to apply for LMO in your favour. Explore WHV or IEC. Don't know much about WHV or IEC.
