Help with getting Offshore Oil field jobs in Canada

Could any one out there help with any possible easy way of getting jobs in the Canada offshore oilfield. I am precisely seaching for a Ballast control operator and dynamic positioning operator trainee job in canada.
I have 4 years experience in the oil field and 2 years experience as a ballast control operator.
I would be most grateful for any help recieved.
