i got my caips note today.but dont understand it.

I am not an expert, but have spent alot of time on my own CAIPS notes at various times, so I will try and help.

Your PSDEC is 1..that means the first assessment of your application has been passed, meaning you have included the documents that were required.

Your SELDEC is 4..I believe that means they have waived your interview.

The zeros mean that they have not made decisions in those areas yet.

BF D means bring forward date, which is the next point at which they will automatically pull up your file.

It also shows your medicals as received and valid until March 6, 2010 (important information as no PR visa will be issued with a medical expiry that has passed - it cannot be more than a year old at the time you land.)

Not sure about the M19 code...maybe someone else can help you out with that. Hope that helps Smiley
