HELP! Will my Application will be on hold a long time or processing right away?

Hi Everyone! I need some one give me some opinions.
I just got a letter "You did not provide sufficient evidence that are a common-law partner (cohabitatingNo for a period of at least one year at time of application). "The documentation must provide evidence dated at least one one year prior to the date of your application".
It was my mistake, provided some documentations did not have properly dated, even I have join bank statement, and both of our information have same address to prove living together.
I went to my bank to get a dated bank statement and sending to Case Processing center by over night shipment.
My question is does any one know how long my application will be process again with my new addition documentation? anyone know? how many days? My application was send June 9, 2008. I think most of people whose applications send around same time as me already got the AIP letter.
Thanks in advance.
Eric

As far as I know the first thing they do with the application, after assessing the eligibility of the sponsor, is make sure that you have submitted the documentation required to support your qualification to apply. You didn't have that - but did they return your application, or just send you a letter asking for more information? I don't know for sure, but I would think that if they returned the whole application, you'd start over again when they receive it back. But if they kept the application and just sent you a letter asking for additional documents, you're in process and you shouldn't have to wait another 5-6 months to get AIP. Hopefully someone else has first-hand experience with this and can say for sure.

Married Sept '06 after 4 yr LDR. Applied via outland ap in March 2007 - refused Jan '08 due to inadmissible adult "dependent child". Appeal filed Jan '08; still waiting for resolution.

RobsLuv, Thanks for your input! I got the letter last Wednesday, I got more evidence (Bank information, School bill), and sent out on Thursday, and send more on Saturday (Bank letter Credit card information, Piano leasing and purchased statement) again. They should have today or tomorrow! I hope they will keep going to process my application.
I know someone already got their AIP for (June Application time)
