Hello everyone,

I have a work permit (expire date 2012-july), and I'm also applying for FSW(lmo)

I underwent the medical in June 2011, but for some resaons, I left my job after the medical (beginning of July),

I have a question: Does that mean my work permit is not valid anymore?

( I have to be working with the company stated on my work permit until I get my PR?Huh??  )

Thanks

It sounds like you have a closed work permit since it lists a specific employer. If you do, then under that work permit, you can only work for the employer listed on your work permit. If you want to work for a different employer, they will have to obtain a new LMO and then you will need to apply for a new work permit.
