HELP visitor visa from india

Hi My parents applied for visitor visa last week today we received the passports today saying medical required they recived some medical papers in India.I am in Canada can some one please reply is it normal or not?

but in the application form we ask for only a month and they are coming here for only one month the reason I am worried because my friend applied for his parents they never ask for medical and they gave him visa if you can please reply thanks

Do not worry in some cases they required Medical .... So do not worry if Medical will OK ur parents will get visa.
