Help!!!!!! URGENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone help me? It urgent! any help would be greatly appreciated!
I applied for Immigration as Provincial Nominee.
I did medical checks and everything and was in final process of immigration.
Immigration office in New York asked me to mail in my passport, 4 photos, and permanent residence fee.

So i mailed it with Xpresspost on august 16th 2009.  However, it seems as if it has not been delivered as tracking does not indicate that. 

I know it might have not been updated but it's almost 3 weeks now and the Bank Draft for permanet residence fee hasn't cashed in either. so i am afraid it might been lost or delivered to wrong address.

I called canadapost but appraently they can't track package outside of canada and will have to investigate it which could take upto 30 days.  But Immigration office requires these documents within 60 days (ending September 13th 2009). 

I am afraid that my whole immigration process might get cancelled if they don't receive these documents by 60 days.  I tried emailing and faxing immigration office in New York but no respose....

Anyone had similar problems?  Any places to call? If documents doesn't reach by 60 days does the whole immigration process gets cancelled?  Any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean you tried to fax and email? Fax and email immediately with tracking number saying that it is lost or if it was delivered to them then they should acknowledge. 

Ask if it was delivered to them or not, once they say it was not delivered, tell them that your post is lost and they are investigating and provide them the tracking number. This will not bring your passport but at least will stop them in rejecting your case and almost at the end.

You should have used FedEx or UPS, at least they track it all the way to the destination with signatures.
