HELP! Trinidad and tobago

We had our medical exam here in manila but our visa office is in Trinidad and tobago.
the DMT told us that she couldn't send the results in trinidad and tobago because only the address of the Regional Medical office(RMO) is available in our IMM 1017 and the courier needs a contact name and number of the person who will receive the said results. the DMT told us that we(applicants) must provide the contact name and number otherwise the results will not be sent. So, we tried calling the canadian embassy here in the philippines to ask, but they said we(applicants) are not allowed to know any contact informations about the RMO, and only the DMT has the authority to do so. I already told the DMT about that, but she just keeps on saying that we must provide it.
