Hi All
My immigration case was filed in July 2006 in London with AEO.CHC has now asked for more documents from my side like Additional proof of residence,aditional proof of experience,all passport copies and how did i met my employer.I have arranged all of these documents and sent.Is it some thing possitive like they have asked for some documents after long time.Could anybody help me with that or anybody on this forumn with the same situaton please share your experience.

It sounds like CHC has doubts either about the validity of the job offer or your skills for the job.

Thanks for the quick reply.My job offer is retail trade supervisor(NOC code 6211) which is given by my sister to me.Shez got a business there and wants me to help her in that.So she got it approved from HRSDC and she told the hr Dept that as i have MBA degree,sufficient sales business experience she wants me to help her running the store as retail trade supervior.
