hello all,
Can anyone help me please , i am sooooo confused !!!
I have been offered a job in Montreal, and they want me to start a.s.a.p. The have told me that it is quicker and easier for me to apply for a work visa from here rather that them do it from there ? is this correct ?
If it is can anyone point me in the direction of the correct forms to download/fill in please ?
Its all so confusing and I am finding myself running round in cirlces ...
HELP! plz :-(

Hi All! I applied for work permit as food attendent for sub way. I am currently working in Chandigarh in Subway since 1 year. I have experience in same industry for 2-3 years. But I don't have much establishment in India(No property, No Bank balance). I am married and my parents also live in India.
After I applied I got my passport back plus objectection letter saying they are not satisfied becuase they think I am not established in India and I am going to use employment to enter in Canada and Ties to country of residence.
Please adivse how I can make my case strong and re-apply.
Thanks
