Hi, I'm Sally, 32 year old, Christian, Married and have a 6 year old daughter.

The Country that we live in is not safe for us anymore.. alot of things happening which are very dangerous.

I fear for my child and her future.

What my question is will we qualify for refugee status or any other.. and how should we go about it.

Please help!

If you want to come to Canada as a refugee, you can fly directly into Canada and tell them at the airport that you are a refugee.  You can not go through the US because Canada has a safe-3rd-country agreement with the US.

You need to gather as much evidence as you can as to what is happening in your country and why you and your daughter are in danger.  You might want to talk to an immigration lawyer first.
