Well, could a skype interview be arranged?  Or, courier package of copies that you have prepared to send and ask for a review and advice by email?  There has to be a way, the important thing is to connect with someone who knows their stuff.
Another thing hit me....never know when that will happen....but you said you earned a degree in dentistry and worked as a dentist for TWO years.  Did you follow that line as fully as possible, especially with the degree for backup?  
Certainly use log books that identify the procedures you perform and explain why the other actions you take are not documented in these books.  Is there a website for your practice that has your name in it?  Any pictures on the site showing the staff?

this is the case I understand about VO satisfaction of job role and duties mentioned in NOC.
since VO can not get complete idea of applicants duty how VO move forward the case!!
my advice is he have to make it nice explaination and all proof he can submit what ever he have, like photos, log books, any recomondation by senior from employer, website description if he mentioned in it his work etc.
remember agents are not good for you, yes registered lawyer who already handled dentist applications may help you but mostly you have to design it completely.
rest is find out applicant who already applied in dentist noc and share your ideas with them and short out whatever you can.

Yes I graduated with th degree of Dentistry and I am licensed to work as one in the Philippines...That's also the reason why I am allowed to perform duties of a dental hygienist .But, I only practiced  as a dentist in a small private clinic ,they don't have website..
Here in my present employment we have a website but I'm not sure if the lis of the employees are available and if ever it is availabale i am sure that my title would show dental assistant because that's really my job post here...

As per my understanding, London VO asked for additional docs for 2 reasons:
1.   You are a Dentist by qualification. You were supposed to apply as a Dentist but  you applied as Dental Hygienist instead
2.   You didn't submit sufficient docs to prove that you work as a Dental hygienist.

 London VO requires you to submit additional docs of employment that means duties you mentioned in the ref letter was ok. They just want further docs to be sure that you really perform those duties as a Dental hygienist.
Now, you need to understand what duties dental hygienist performs that Dentists don't:
•   Take dental impressions
•   Take and develop X-rays
•   Conduct an initial dental assessment
Above 3 duties are performed only by dental hygienist, (rest duties are performed by dentist as well).
So, provide any supporting docs that prove that you take dental impressions take X rays, conduct initial assessment etc

conduct initial assessment: submit copy of patients history/assessment form, treatment contract etc
take X rays: submit copy of patients consent form required before taking Xray
Dental impression: log book reference.
Scaling, polishing: log book reference

I provided all of the reference letters for all my 3 employments.The reference latters stated that I am a dental assistant performing dental hygienist duties. Some of the job descriptions are taken from the internet but I arranged them accordingly.


I would also suggest you to rewrite the reference letters without lifting words from the cIC website.

I  started to draft the new referrence letters yesterday..
Guys, do you think its ok to ask more favor from you , could you send me a sample or copy of the reference letters that you submitted becaused I just based my reference letters from the samples in the net and I think what I did before was incomplete..
