I got a letter from London VO just 20 mins ago..they are asking for further information on my experience..
They are giving me 60 days to submit additional documents...
I applied last Oct 15 , 2011, NOC 3222...
I don't know what other additional documents i have to present to them...
Please give me your ideas friends...

It must be stressful to get that unexpected letter from VO. Dont you worry....we'll try to figure something out for you.....but at the sametime I agree with Omm that it is little difficult to suggest anything based on what you have mentioned.
I will try to help in my way...bear with me:
1. Your
NOC is 3222 which
Dental Hygienists and Dental Therapistsis 2. I am assuming you have provided a reference letter. I hope the Job duties were not CUT and PASTE from the CIC website.
As suggested by Omm, provide a recent Updated reference letter from your employer.3. VO is not satisfied with the evidence on your file to assess that the duties were performed by you. Did you provide any evidence initially with your application?
The following are the Job duties for your NOC:
JD of Dental Hygienists and Dental Therapists (I am not a dentist, so I may be wrong...please pardon my mistakes). My suggestions for FINDING evidence are in
BLUEConduct an initial dental assessment and consult with dentists on patient care
Any log book in the dental office which would indicate that you performed the INITIAL ASSESSMENT. also request employer to specifically indicate that in Ref letterTake dental impressions
Log book referenceInstruct patients regarding oral hygiene procedures
Log book refClean and stimulate the gums to prevent gum disease
I guess this is a long drawn process: Can you provide reference that the patient returned for treatment after your initial treatmentRemove stains and deposits from teeth to prevent tooth and root decay
log book reference and indicate how many patients came for the treatment and were treated by youApply fluoride treatment
Same as above...log book ref and count patientsTake and develop X-rays
same as aboveMay perform restorative and orthodontic procedures under the direction of a dentist
One important evidence: Could you attach reference from the DENTIST corroborating the same...this will be a crucial evidenceMay supervise dental assistants in their health care functions.
How many Dental therapists were there at your place of work? If you were the only one then request your employer to mention that in the REFERENCE letter and
emphasize the fact that you played a VITAL and major role in running the centre. If there were many therapists then you could probably mention the approximate ratio of patients and therapists involved. The idea is to give the impression that
YOU HAVE performed the JOB WELL in the situation you were. Was there any kind of emergency situation that you have taken care of and have evidenne for, if Yes, then include them too.
Dental therapists perform some or all of the following duties:
attach any evidence like office log book, receipts/bills for the below mentioned JDsConduct dental assessments and consult with dentist on patient care
Take dental impressions
Take and develop X-rays
Remove stains and deposits from teeth to prevent tooth and root decay
Apply fluoride treatment
Instruct patients regarding oral hygiene procedures
Supervise dental assistants in their health care functions
May drill and fill cavities, extract teeth and replace portions of tooth crown
Did you get any appreciation or promotion/salary hike for your work...if yes, provide evidence.
