It is now more than three months since CIO in NS received our application, as confirmed via Canada Post. Until now, no response, feedback, or even acknowledgement email from CIO. Not even the application fee has been charged us.
Is it time to get worried, and what can we do about it now? Any advice from seniors is greatly appreciated.

Email [Case specific enquiry] to your concerned Visa Office. Dont write any letter to CIO, Because they will not reply. Normally AOR from CIO takes 45-90 days. If 90 days are over you have the right to inform them. Show urgency in the email. |

First fill your personal data in the form . then in enquiry section Write in simple words that you have not received yet AOR from CIO sydney, its been more than 90 days. I might have missed the email. If the file has been already transferred to manilla office kindly send me the AOR. |

Is writing and sending a regular letter concerning followup to our application the only way? And please seniors, why still no reply from CIO? Please help. |

canada1234, we followed the link you gave, and filled up the form, and sent it. They replied that we should write a regular letter to CIO in Nova Scotia, should we want to follow-up on our application. Is followup necessary or not, or should we just wait?
Seniors, please give advice on what to do with our situation, really feeling desperate, anxious, and worried about it.

U can't do anything much, 'coz there's no way to communicate with CIO-NS. Even if u write them a letter via regular post - it won't be replied. Relax! There's nothing to worry. Lately CIO is overwhelmed with apps & they r taking additional time to shell out the AORs. Hopefully by next month u'd hear from them anyway. Your only recourse now is to wait (however painful it might be - & we understand that). Qorax |

Points 69 total, IELTS TRF verified,Phone no of employer Verified from BSNL Directory
Evidence of Sufficient fund Seen
Paper file sent to XXX file bring forward date to ABC 11/07/2010

on balance, I am Satisfied that PA(me)has the stated work experience
XXX- Pls send the file for B/Crim.
Medical Instructions and Request for the following to be sent on completion
of crim/Review by Crime officer - deadline 45 days
-Doc requested by Crim Officer, If any
-RPRF for PA and Spouse
-passports after all requirements have been met.
I have not received any news from CHC ND till date. Qorox/Rocky272727/ All members Please make comments on the case status. when should i aspect Medical request. currently POF in my Account is not Sufficient. Should I maintain it until i got visa stamped? what includes criminal checks? |

At this moment it seems everything is alright & u r good to go. Give it sometime & u'd hear from them. It's always wise to maintain the funds. Little withdrawals r Ok, but don't go overboard. Qorax

Seniors, please help. Why no more reply from anybody? Why when things do not go well or if somebody wrong advice like what canada1234 did, nobody give correct answer?
