Hello my staus from last 2-3 month shows only
We received your application for permanent residence on July 14, 2008.
 
but today my status shows  these three lines what does this mean pls suggest

We received your application for permanent residence on July 14, 2008.

We started processing your application on July 23, 2008.
 
We transferred your application to the Sydney, Nova Scotia - C-50 office on March 4, 2009. The Sydney, Nova Scotia - C-50 office may contact you.

To see if you qualify under FSW1,2,or 3. which is Sydney's job.  Seems an awfully long time without a reply from Sydney.
