Help Required to get the PCC

Hi

We recently moved to Canada from kuwait and trying to know some way out to get PCC from Kuwait. Would really appreciate if somone would share the procedure or any link mentioning the details required to get for PCC for kuwait from Canada.

We did tried to call and even email our query to the Kuwait embassy in Ottawa but didnt get any response through email nor did get a proper reply through call so we are jst stuck, as its one of important document requirement.
