HELP REQUIRED got rejection ... saying not satisfied to be nurse.?

I got refusal few days back saying the visa officer is not satisfied that  the applicant is nurse, as she had 10 years of experience and master degrees in the nursing, how to satisfiy that point , and how to re apply any suggestion are welcome. As june will be coming so visa will be open again for apply under skilled worker.

Did you include enough information about your jobs? like letters from the hospital/company you are working for, is the only point I see could be weak since obviously your education is beyond that, so may be you should concentrate in prove you have a job in that occupation with the duties and responsibilities,  so next time this point is not weak anymore.

U havnt cleared anything.....
Didnt u provided them with ur experience letters, with job descriptions?
Didnt u submitted ur relevant qualification documents?
Did u get ur documents back from the CIO??


What do u think was the flaw in ur application or documents?

That was rather strange that they didn't call you for interview and refused you. I can also think of that probably you didn't provide enough proof of experience, e.g. experience letters, payslips, contract etc. If so than get these things in order and reapply again.

that's not strange? it has happened to so many applicants already...i also got refused because job description was not included in my certificate of employment...& they didn't even give me a chance to send some supporting docs, they just advised me to reapply...that's why i'm waiting for july to come...

I also have a friend who was rejected because the Visa Officer was not satisfied that she got full time paid work experience as a nurse..

She sent docs like Employment Cert, Job Description and Reference Letter..The things that she was not able to send were the Calling card and the Employment Contract. Her Employment Cert has no official seal ..But, what she did was affixed an affidavit.


She was not called for an interview..Her employer was also not verified..It seems that the VO decided on the paper basis. 

The only good thing about it was that her orig docs were returned and she will be refunded with her application fee.  I think that she was not even placed into In Process because she will be refunded..According to some, if the application is not placed into In Process, then, the fee will be returned.

She was a pre June applicant in Manila VO..

How about you, are you a pre June or post June? What is your VIsa Office? Did your VO return your orig docs already? Will the VO refund you fee?

Remember CIC is not your mother who will forgive your errors.  You get 1 shot at submitting a complete application, with an incomplete application and 800K in the backlog, they just move on to the next one.

 ???Thanks for replying, i am replying late as i was on holiday....
But anyway i think i did gave my pay slip and the letter from the job but no refrence from any higher subordinates.
But i did submitted my all the marksheet from the education of Bsc Nursing and MSc nursing, which still didnt satisfied them

Can any one please suggest what should be the wordings in the refrence , those who have got slected in this category which will help alot.
Secondly can i re apply with all my documents again and do i have to write any application with the new  one stating the old applicatin was rejected.

I hope some one will guide me i applied to cic canada centre in dec2011 .

If i was rejected in first cehck they said i should get check in 8-12weeks but still i ahven't recived anything.
