Hi,
I have a confusion regarding work experience. I am working in my family business firm as Construction Superintendent for a period of 2 years. Can I apply under FSW as this occupation comes under 38 mentioned.

Also, what documents will I need to prove my work experience?

Thanks.

It doesn't matter if you are working for a family business. However, to convince the visa officer that you have actually worked and it is not a 'family alibi', you may need some extra documents.

They can be Job offer letters, job contracts, income tax statements, any provident fund statements, salary slips, references from clients, medical insurance records (since you are in construction industry) etc.

To confirm the 38 list, pls check my signature below.
