Well when I applied it was through the simplified application process and we were told we only needed to submit that one form. I have never done and English Proficiency test but my first languange is English even though I live in Tanzania. I have done my entire Education in English and studied English Literature at an International High School. I did my pharmacy degree in England too. Is it possible that I may be exempted from this test? If not then when should I do it. I applied from the Nairobi office in Sept 06 and am waiting for further correspondence. I am very confused.. I would like to hear from everyone but most of all ppl who have applied through Nairobi and what they did.

If English is your first language, just write a letter saying so and you don't have to do a test.

You should do it when you are asked to submit your full updated application materials.
