Dear Senior,
I have applied for the FSW program and and got the "Yes" letter from CIC, Nova scotia. I have a week in my hands to submit all the documents to my visa office.
While I have appled I was single but recently I got married.
Q. 1 Do I need to submit all the document of my wife?
Q.2 In the IM 0008_1e.pdf (schedule 1 (form) Bacground /Declaration) question no 15. Addresses
Do I need to fill those countries where I lived( visited) less than 20 days?
Thank you very much for your kind help and reply.

Inform VO about your status change AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and send him any proof of your marriage so that he will tell you what all the documents must be sent.

Generally the fallowing documents may be asked by VO:

2. IMM-5476 duly filled and signed by you and your spouse.

4. All experience certificate (if any).
5. Marriage certificate.
6. Police clearance certificate from each country where she resided for six or more than six months time.
