my hubby went for interview in bangkok Thailand, and it lasted for almost 2hours and he answered the questions and the guy asked him questions about himself, and then told him he will receive a letter in 5 to 6 weeks that he have to review our files with the new info he got from hubby, is this gonna be a refusal letter coming or what? pls share ideals!!!

No one can possibly know what decision CIC will make on your file. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait until you receive a decision letter.
