Sorry this is probably a silly question but the form IMM 0008 Generic Application for Permanent Residence in Canada has on it a place that says "Space reserved for applicant's photo" My question is am I supposed to attach a photo myself?
If I am, then am I supposed to use one of the immigration photos I had taken? Also if that is the case then it said I needed to submit 4 immigration photos, is that included in the 4 or would I have to have my pictures taken again (I only have 4)?

You don't actually attach the photo yourself. Just include the photos requested (in the little envelope they come in would be best), and they will attach it at CIC.
