HELP PLS !! Dependant section for IMM 0008

My father in law is the main applicant and my husband is the sponsor.

Under dependant section, his children all old . . . do we still have to put all his children on this form???  

On the form marked in red its asking for Dependant type, which is for people 22years and younger.  

Does my husband have to put his name under this dependant section??  He is the sponsor though.

Confusing !  

Only children who are still dependent on the parents have their names go there.  This usually means under the age of 22 or still enrolled in school.  NO, your husband's name does not go there.  You do know that Parental sponsorships in the family class are CLOSED for the next 2 years?  CIC is not accepting applications.  Or is this an older sponsorship and CIC has asked you to complete new forms?

Thanks so much for the reply. 

I got a letter several days ago saying they are now going to process it and they provided me with a list of things/forms I have to complete.  I apparently have 90 days to do it.  (I originally applied in 2008, so I guess they are now going to process it).

I am still confused about the dependant thing though.  On the instructions, it says "Even if they are older than 22 and not accompanying the applicants to Canada".   

But what I am getting at here is on the form (PDF I guess on the computer . . . I am typing it in, not handwriting it) the box "Dependant Type" goes in RED and doesnt allow me to VALIDATE.  It asks me to type in ANYONE THAT IS 22 YEARS OR OLDER otherwise we wont be able to sponsor them in the future if we want to.  I dont know what to do.
