I have finished my interview on October 29, 08. Everything went well, my IO told me "Congratulations! Your immigration application is approved." So does my spouse, of course. She also said there are 3 things left to do: medical exam, FBI Police Clearance, and immigration Fee. She did not tell us to wait in the office to get the medical exam form, and I was too excited to ask. So we came back and wait. But until today, almost one and half month later, no mail, nothing has been received, what happened?!
In fact, I'm very worried. My questions:

1) should I pay the immigration fee in the Buffalo office right after the interview? If I didn't, is it possible to make them think I have gave up my application?
2)
how long does it take from the moment I submit all the things they required (our medical exam and Criminal Records Check and the fees) till I receive my landing paper, if I did receive the mail?

Does anyone have the same experience? or do you know anyone who knows?   Waiting for your response, Thank you very, very much...

Don't ask here, as we all would be just guessing.  Send an email to Buffalo and ask.

I did, I sent an email to buffalo 2 weeks ago, I received an instant email confirmed they've received my email, other than that, nothing so far.  I almost starting to hate my mail box now.
