Hey everyone, thanks in advance for taking the time to read my post & hopefully help me out!
Me and my 'common law-partner' are intending to move over to Canada in July 2011 from the UK to be re-united with my mum and dad (four years long!
and my partner has been offered a job (which is under the skill A class) all has been approved through LMO (labour market opinion) and I'm intending to come over on his work permit (like my mum did on my dads permit).
However, i would like to work in Canada and I'm eligible for a Open Work Permit but how do I go about getting the application for a open work permit? Do i receive the form at immigration customs when we arrive in Canada at the same time my partners work permit is issued or do I have to apply before we enter Canadian immigration?
