help!! on process PR !

hi there,

please advice me i applied under skilled worker, and my papers right is on process,i done already my medical req. they ask me as well a police record in my previous country that i work , i have no criminal record, then send me a letter again they are asking a police clearance here in canada since i been here for 2 years but unfortunate i have case recently but its already withdrawn, and the police get my fingerprint but i already send a letter rcmp ottawa to destroyed but i have only 60 days to get a police clearance and send to buffalo my papers??

my question do i get i criminal record?? if yes did immigration will reject my application??
