hello

i am an indian national. was studyin in UK when i applied for extension for a new course i was declined so i would like to pursue the same in canada. when my application was made for an extension i did have valid uk visa but by the time i got a decision my visa had already expired, my question is will i have to mention this in my student permit application or can i just ignore this. will the canada visa officer be able to find out if i had overstayed while my application was pending Huh well as per Uk laws while u r application is pending you can stay in the country so it wasnt anything wrong but if they cant check do not want to give extra info

Please help guys

If then you should state can you explain what course you want to do where you applied what you want to study ?
