Good day!
In 2003 my parents legally transfered all the documents of our bakeshop in my name.
So I started running the business as a Cake Decorator (NOC 6252) from 2003-2006.
On 2006 I studied at a Culinary School taking up Baking & Pastry Arts for 1.5 years and while studying I intoduced  pastry section in our bakeshop..

My questions are:
1. Upon reading the immigration process I can apply as Pastry cook under NOC 6242 since I have 4 years of experience?
2. Do I need to write in my work experience that I am self employed or just as Cake Decorator & Pastry Cook?
3. On the 2nd stage, will legal documents of my business such as business permit, tax return etc.. will suffice the requirements to prove that I am working since I cannot have a Certificate of employment?

Will appreciate sooo mmuucchhh your help over these matters... we are about to send our application this may..

Dear sgobanta,

Could you kindly share your experience with me?

What did you provide to prove your work experience? And what other documents did you submit? Could you kindly provide me the entire list of dicuments submitted by you?

Has your Visa come thru yet?
