Hi Everybody

My husband and I are applying for the canadian PR.He is the principal applicant.we are presently in US and he is on L1 and am on L2.can someone please tell me how the get the police clearance certificates here...also is it mandatory for us to take the IELTS.he has a certified english proficiency test score from his company.will tht be enough.Also what is the first step in this process...do we have to send all the docs required first

If he has the test results, than no IELTS, you will have to get the FBI clearence from the US.
