Hello Everyone,

Soon I am going to send my full application to Buffalo,NY.
My question is...I got most of my Notary from India recently(My brother in law only did it..and he courier me )...so will  it be ok,coz I am sending my application from USA...none of the documents are fake but just to save my money..i did it from india as my brother in law only does that..

Your quick reply will help me...

Here are some acceptable notarization:

Outside Canada:
•a judge
•a magistrate
•a notary public
•an officer of a court of justice
•a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the person is living

that is fine..he is public notary..but my question is..being  in USA...if i get notary from india this is ok or not?
