So her eis the situation...
I have a 2 yr TWV that expires on 4 December, along with my husband (who has now been working 4 weeks) and 2 children. A week ago I was given 2 months notice that i was to be laid off on 12 November.
My visa is linked to my employer as I am the primary applicant.
I have my PR application in, have been through the NS assessemnt and we submitted full documents to Buffalo 2 weeks ago.
Can anybody advise me anything i can do? I have put resumes out and am currently going through an extensive interview process but my employer is pressing me to sign the release letter and i just amnot sure what to do.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
