i received my caips notes today, as such there isn't any information in it but in Principal applicants details they have mentioned spouce experience details?

what can i do now?

Dear all please help

i received my caips notes and i found discrepancy in it. Will it affect my application? Should i need to inform CHC ND? They have mentioned my spouce work expe under my details.
